Did you know your nipples contain genital nerve endings?

According to the Mayo Clinic, there are two types of erogenous flesh on your body: 1) skin where hair grows and 2) mucus-y skin where hair does not grow, like your labia, clitoris lips, and nipples.  Sensations in places with fine hair, like the side of your neck, feel like a good tickle.  But on the nipple, where hair almost never grows, there’s more room for nerve endings to reach the surface; so nerve networks become larger and more dense.  And because the top layer of nipple skin is gossamer-thin, the touchy nerve bulbs are more exposed to air (a lover’s breath, say), hot and cold (wow, an ice cube!), and moisture (mmm . . his tongue).
